LeadsBullseye vs Outscraper

Outscraper is a bulk data-extraction platform: it hands you every row your query returns, fast and cheap, with manual or rule-based filtering on the export. LeadsBullseye is the opposite bet: fewer rows, each one AI-checked against your own definition of a good lead before it reaches your list.

Competitor details checked August 2026 from public pricing pages and public Trustpilot reviews. Spot an error? hmounir@himo-tech.ca — we'll fix it.

The number that matters is yield, not rows

Outscraper is well reviewed and does what it advertises — 4.5 out of 5 across 291 Trustpilot reviews when we read them on 18 August 2026. The question was never whether it returns rows. It's how many of those rows you can actually call, and some of its own customers have published that arithmetic:

  • 287 results → 30 unique and usable. That's 10.5%. — verified Trustpilot review, 28 July 2026
  • 16,000 leads paid for → 500 workable after cleaning. That's 3.1%. — verified Trustpilot review, 9 April 2026
  • Results that came back "completely unrelated to my search". — verified Trustpilot review, 21 March 2026

Replying publicly to one of those reviews, Outscraper attributed the mismatch to Google, which it says "sometimes broadens those results by including related categories or nearby locations"; the remedy it offered was filters applied to the export afterwards. That filtering is the step LeadsBullseye does before the list reaches you — every candidate checked against criteria you wrote in plain language, misses dropped — so far fewer of the rows you receive are ones you'd have thrown away.

Each figure above is one customer's published experience, not a measured average, and we've deliberately left the reviewers unnamed. Read the source yourself: Outscraper on Trustpilot. When we read it on 18 August 2026 the distribution was 88% five-star against 8% one-star of 291 reviews — most of that page is positive, and we'd rather you saw it than took our word for it.

When Outscraper is the better pick

If you need tens of thousands of raw rows for data analysis, enrichment pipelines, or research — not for calling — a bulk exporter is the right tool and Outscraper is a good one. LeadsBullseye is built for the opposite job: a list short enough to actually work this week.

Is LeadsBullseye a Google Maps scraper like Outscraper? +
No — we both use Google Maps as a data source, but the product is different. Outscraper hands you every listing your query returns, as an export; filtering is manual or rule-based on the export. LeadsBullseye checks every candidate against criteria you write in plain language — the Google listing's own data first, live search where needed — and only keeps the businesses that match.
Which is cheaper, LeadsBullseye or Outscraper? +
Per raw row, Outscraper is cheaper — its entry tier is $3 per 1,000 records after a free first 500. Per lead you'd actually call, qualification usually wins, because you're not paying to export businesses you'll immediately discard. LeadsBullseye starts at a $5 credit (50 leads) at $0.10 a lead, or plans from $29/mo with BYOK.
How does billing compare? +
Outscraper is usage-metered: you buy credits and consumption draws them down. Unexpected charges are a recurring theme in its negative reviews — of the 20 most recent one-star reviews when we read them on 18 August 2026, 8 described a charge the customer did not expect. LeadsBullseye cannot bill you that way. There is no metered subscription line, so nothing is invoiced at the end of a period for going over: a plan quota stops the work with a message, and if you are also holding prepaid credit the work continues against that balance until it is empty — money you already put there. BYOK plans never draw on credit at all; they stop at their larger quota. Pay as you go is prepaid at $0.10 a lead. Auto-reload is off until you switch it on, with a trigger, an amount and a daily cap you control.
Can I export to CSV like Outscraper? +
Yes — every LeadsBullseye plan includes CSV export.
